Snorkelling at Green Island

You can snorkel over coral gardens right from the beach on Green Island. The waters around Green Island are home to a large population of sea turtles who are often found swimming in the seagrass and reefs close to the island shore.

Mask, Snorkel and Fins are included in all day tours to the Island and included when you stay at the resort.

Lycra Suits and Floatation Vests are also available for hire.

On your journey to Green Island safe snorkelling tips are given, and a patrolled swimming area is provided on the northern side of the island near the beach hire hut.

The best snorkelling is around the jetty. There are large schools of fish and you can get close when the resort staff are feeding the fish.
